"Horrible service. William nor his office reply in a timely matter, if they ever even reply at all. I have sent emails to William with no answer, have called the office with no answer or return call, and when I do get one of his incompetent associates on the phone I am told the person I need to speak to will call me back yet they never do. Not only that, I am being significantly overcharged to what his billing specialist told me would be my rate, and although they confirmed my ex spouse is no longer on my policy, he continues to be shown as the account holder and on the policy on every bill. Do not use this agent, and if you are, transfer to someone who will actually take their business seriously."
