"Rosa has gone above and beyond my expectations of helping me with an issue regarding my car. I brought it for a new battery and Meineke blew out the modual acting like they didn’t. They brought to a Haggerty and they indeed said that’s what happened. Rosa stayed on phone and merged calls to make sure I was taken care of and not left to fend for myself.
